The role involves personal care daily living support and promoting autonomy within shared living environments.
*** Please note this role is based within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) services and requires strong availability for overnight (sleepover/active) shifts across both weekdays and weekends.

Duties:
Provide personal care and daily living support
Assist with manual handling and use of aids
Support clients with complex needs and medical requirements
Foster independence and inclusion in shared living environments
Build positive relationships with clients and families
Manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
Current Drivers Licence Working With Children Check NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check
Access to a personal vehicle for work use if required
Desirable:
Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
Knowledge of NDIA processes
