Travel Requirement

Support workers will be required to travel across a broad service area covering Brisbane South.

Applicants should be comfortable with services delivered in clients homes across these communities. A current drivers licence and reliable vehicle is required to support flexible responsive service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide personalised care and assistance tailored to the unique needs of each Service User.
Support individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene meal preparation community access including transport and assistance with shopping.

Domestic Assistance including vacuuming mopping and dusting
Foster a warm and trusting environment that promotes independence and dignity.

**What you bring**

- Certificate III Home and Community Care or equivalent (desirable)

- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and compassion for individuals with varying needs.
- Trustworthy and reliable with a vehicle

- Flexibility

Mandatory

- NDIS Worker Screen - Working with Childrens check - Current First Aid Certificate and CPR - Drivers licence and a reliable car - Mobile phone
