What Youll Be Doing

• Providing person-centred support tailored to individual goals and aspirations.
• Assisting with daily living activities personal care and community access.
• Supporting participants to build confidence develop life skills and increase independence.
• Encouraging social inclusion and participation in community activities
• Developing positive relationships with participants families carers and other stakeholders.
• Promoting dignity choice rights and inclusion in every interaction.

About You

Were looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
• Is reliable compassionate and committed to making a difference.
• Can work a variety of shifts including weekends evenings sleepovers and active nights.
• Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Brings a positive attitude empathy and resilience to their work.
• Holds or is willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check and current First Aid and CPR certification.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or a related qualification
• Experience in disability support aged care community services or a similar field.
• Knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred support practices.
