Night shift focus: Workingactive night shifts: 10.00pm to 6.00am

As a Shift Worker at Adele House youll be a key part of the team helping create a safe respectful and supportive environment for support residents with their day-to-day needs assist with entry assessments and help ensure the smooth operation of the service. Working alongside our AOD casework inclusion and counselling teams youll contribute to holistic person-centred support that helps residents move towards their goals.

• Support residents in a respectful and non-judgemental way
• Help residents work towards their case plans and connect with services
• Support daily operations activities and accommodation standards
• Respond calmly and appropriately to challenging situations
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to team meetings
• Follow WHS risk management and safety procedures

• Availability to work atleast 3 active night shifts per week 10.00pm to 6.00am
• Cert IV in Community Services or relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sound judgement and crisis management skills
• Good computer literacy and record-keeping skills
• NSW Driver Licence
