We act for the RoleAs the Support Officer HRIS you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Australian Red Cross People & Culture system Dayforce. You will manage and resolve business-as-usual system requests maintain accurate employee and organisational data and ensure support activities are delivered in line with service standards. Working within a collaborative People & Culture team you will be responsible for performing data quality checks supporting system administration and approved configuration activities and contributing to testing and continuous improvement initiatives. Operating within established governance frameworks and escalation pathways you will undertake approved configuration activities while maintaining comprehensive records to support audit and compliance requirementsYour work will help ensure our people systems remain reliable compliant and user-friendly supporting employees and leaders across the YouYou are detail-oriented and customer-focused with an interest in systems data integrity and delivering high-quality support. With experience working with HR systems ideally Dayforce you are confident managing system requests maintaining accurate data and following established processes to ensure reliable and compliant outcomes.
