We act for the roleWerelooking for a hands-on all-rounder Support Officer to join ourAged & Community Care team with a new role location at theCeduna Community role is primarily responsible for driving and safely transporting participants to appointmentsservicesand community activities. Alongside this you will support theHub and Aged & Community Care teams to provide services within will be part of a national Aged and Community Care team working in a way that respects each persons choicescultureand for someone who:Is a safe and confident driverwith avalid South Australian class C drivers licence who is willing to drive organised and comfortable with admin tasksand a range of software platformsCommunicates clearly and builds strong relationshipsCan manage a mix of practical and coordination workWhat you will bringProvide safe reliable transport for participantsSupport participant intake and onboardingTake bookings and respond to participant enquiriesAdd andmaintainrecordsin a range of databasesAct asalink between the Ceduna Hub and centralAged Careoperations teamsSupport delivery of community-basedsupports as neededAssistwith volunteers as neededYou will be part of a national Aged and Community Care team working in a way that respects each persons choicescultureand that act for you while you act for humanityFinancial wellbeing: In addition to your salary you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your salary.
