Supply Planner

Following our acquisition by Dollarama a leading global value retailer were investing in smarter systems and supply chain processes to support our transformation. As part of this journey were looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Planner to join our Planning team.

In this role youll be responsible for placing supplier orders and managing allocations from our distribution centre to stores. Youll work across a wide range of products from everyday essentials to seasonal and promotional stock and collaborate closely with our Merchandise team to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time.

As a Supply Planner you will:

• Place orders against suppliers using system-generated forecasts

• Manage allocations and stock movements from warehouse to stores

• Work with seasonal and promotional stock (e.g. Christmas Easter tableware)

• Support replenishment of basic stock thats on shelf year-round

• Collaborate with Merchandise Designers to plan variety stock volumes

• Use tools and reporting to optimise stock levels and store allocations

• Contribute to continuous improvement of supply planning processes

What you will bring:

• Background in supply chain logistics mathematics or statistics

• Experience in demand planning replenishment or allocation

• Strong Excel skills and comfort with reporting tools

• Exposure to SAP or similar systems

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail

• A collaborative team-first attitude and willingness to learn
