Work Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 3:30 PM

As a Supply Chain Specialist within our Drug Substance business you will play an important role in supporting the flow of materials information and products across the supply chain to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Working closely with Manufacturing Quality Procurement Warehousing Logistics and Planning teams you will help maintain inventory accuracy support material availability coordinate supply chain activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support the development and manufacture of life-changing therapies.

• Support day-to-day supply chain operations across planning procurement inventory management warehousing logistics and distribution activities.

• Maintain and monitor material transactions and inventory data within SAP and other business systems.

• Assist with inventory management activities including stock reconciliation and inventory accuracy initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support material availability and timely delivery.

• Support domestic and international shipping activities including documentation and compliance requirements.

• Analyze supply chain data and contribute to operational reporting and performance metrics.

• Identify and support process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency quality and service levels.

• Ensure activities are performed in accordance with company procedures quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Build effective working relationships across multiple business functions to support operational objectives.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering Operations or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience or internship exposure within supply chain logistics manufacturing operations or warehousing environments.

• Experience using SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

• Knowledge of inventory management procurement logistics or materials planning processes.

• Understanding of regulated manufacturing environments such as pharmaceutical biotechnology medical device food or chemical industries.

• APICS certification or progress toward certification.

• Experience working with supply chain performance metrics and reporting.
