We are seeking a proactive Maintenance to drive operational excellence. You will ensure a safe compliant and efficient workplace by leading facility maintenance activities and championing Environment Health and Safety (EHS) programs to build a world-class safety culture. This opportunity is 100% office-based at our Keysborough office.

You Will Do:

Maintenance Operations

• Lead facility and equipment maintenance to ensure safe reliable operations while meeting compliance standards.
• Manage and optimize the Maintenance Software alongside the Operations Manager.
• Supervise schedule and coordinate shop floor maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain detailed records and monitor equipment performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program and assist with maintenance budgeting and spare parts control.
• Allocate tasks and coordinate external contractors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean TPM) and Capital project activities.

Safety Health Environment & Quality

• Drive the EHS culture by coordinating Work Health Safety (WHS) inductions and emergency preparedness.
• Conduct workplace inspections audits and WHS compliance activities.
• Lead incident reporting corrective action tracking and assist with return-to-work processes.
• Prepare and review WHS training materials while assisting the Production Manager to identify and reduce risks.

You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in plant maintenance and EHS management.
  • Certificate IV in Environment Health and Safety is desirable
  • Trade or technical qualification in mechanical or have experience in managing and scheduling maintenance activities
  • With at least 5-7 years of related working experience desirably in FMC
  • With good analytical / engineering problem solving skills and a hands-on attitude
