Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete quotations for works (training provided if required).
• Deliver minor project works including light upgrades power alterations and small electrical improvementsno major projects or full fit-outs.
• Manage and deliver awarded works including coordinating labour materials and subcontractors while liaising with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance programs including reviewing reports and preparing quotes for required repairs.
• Oversee reactive maintenance works ensuring tasks are completed closed out within KPIs and accurately managed through client portals and internal systems (Aroflo).

What were looking for

• Relevant trade qualification A Grade Licence
• 8 10 years working in the industry
• Understanding and experience of relevant OHS requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
• Demonstrated level of quality workmanship
• Car licence
