Take the lead as a Construction Supervisor overseeing site operations on the BHP Bucketwheel Reclaimer Upgrade Project driving safe and efficient project delivery and leading high-performing teams on a major project with opportunities for ongoing work across future Civmec projects.
The Role
- Lead and supervise construction crews to safely execute the reclaimer upgrade works in accordance with project schedules quality requirements and site procedures.
- Coordinate daily site activities subcontractors and resources to support the successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress resolve site-based issues and ensure all works are completed in compliance with safety environmental and engineering standards.
- Drive effective communication between project teams stakeholders and management to support the upgrade.
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management or equivalent.
- S26 exam completion
- White card
- Minimum five (5) years experience in the relevant discipline and similar industry. Ideally experience in the mining and oil and gas sector.
- Proven knowledge and experience in project planning and resource management is essential.
