THE POSITION
- Supervision of food preparation cooking and presentation of all dishes
- Ensure staff comply with food safety procedures and site food safety plan
- Assist in the management of labour and food costs in line with budget
- Oversee the correct use of stock control systems
THE PERSON
- Prior Food Hygiene training and/or accreditation
- Food Safety Supervisor training completed
- Model high standards of performance and behaviour
- Posses or be willing to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People Check and Serology Report
