Job Summary

About the role

Take the lead in shaping and delivering arboriculture services across the this role youll ensure tree assets are managed safely efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. Youll oversee the planning and delivery of maintenance capital and emergency works while managing contractors budgets and team performance. Bringing specialist expertise youll provide trusted advice uphold legislation and Australian Standards and deliver outcomes that safeguard the community and enhance the natural environment.

About you

Were looking for a skilled and experienced Arborist to lead our Arboriculture Services Team. You will have a Diploma in Arboriculture (or equivalent experience) a White Card and a current Class C licence. With a solid background in arboriculture operations you bring proven leadership experience and a strong track record in team development. Your sound understanding of legislation Australian Standards and safe work practices enables you to balance competing priorities while consistently delivering safe compliant and high-quality services.
