Were looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to become the technical backbone of our Payments function. This isnt a people leadership role but your influence will be felt across the business
This role supports all three Payments teams: Wrap Payments Super Payments and Adjustments and plays a key role in strengthening technical capability process consistency and quality outcomes across the function.
The work is varied. One day you might resolve a complex payment escalation; the next you could be identifying a process improvement opportunity supporting testing for a new platform enhancement or helping team members develop their technical knowledge and confidence.
Youll help translate complex regulatory or technical changes into practical real-world operational outcomes.
Were looking for someone who truly enjoys being curious analytical and focused on solutions. Youll bring experience in payments superannuation or financial services operations along with strong knowledge of payment processes controls and regulatory obligations. Knowledge of SuperStream and superannuation requirements will help you to hit the ground running
