Description

About the Role
This role plays a key part in developing maintaining and supporting UOWs in house Student Management Package (SMP) and Future Student Systems. You will ensure system enhancements meet business needs support high-quality student administration processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of core student systems used across all campuses.

Key responsibilities
Analyse and translate business requirements into system enhancements and updates
Lead end to end testing of new and upgraded system functionality
Coordinate and support system implementations including post release validation
Investigate and resolve complex system issues across SMP
Provide expert advice training and documentation to system users

About the Team
The Student Systems Team sits within the Student Services Division supporting the full student lifecycle through reliable efficient and user centred systems. The team works closely with IMTS developers Student Services units Faculties Schools and offshore partners to ensure SMP and related systems operate effectively and evolve with business needs.

What Youll Bring
Relevant degree with extensive experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated ability to analyse business requirements and identify system solutions
Experience in comprehensive system testing and implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability across complex systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support train and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
