The Opportunity

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist youll play a key role in delivering sourcing and vendor management initiatives that drive commercial value manage risk and strengthen supplier performance. Youll work closely with the Head of Vendor Management supporting both strategic priorities and day-to-day sourcing activity.

Working within a regulated banking environment youll partner with business leaders vendors and teams across Legal Risk and Compliance to coordinate sourcing activity from market engagement through to contract execution. Youll combine data-driven insights with strong stakeholder engagement to support better decision-making and improved supplier outcomes.

This is a varied high-visibility role where youll contribute to both strategic initiatives and operational excellence helping to lift capability optimise processes and enhance how we manage supplier relationships.

What Youll Bring

• 59 years experience in procurement strategic sourcing vendor or contract management
• Experience working in complex or regulated environments
• Strong analytical capability with experience using reporting tools and dashboards to generate insights
• Understanding of procurement governance risk management and compliance frameworks
• The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple functions
• Strong attention to detail organisation and commercial acumen
• Financial services or banking experience will be highly regarded
• A positive proactive approach with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to work well with others
