Job Summary
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store person to join our team at out Thomastown depot where youll play a critical role in keeping operations moving safely and efficiently.
Based in a fast-paced depot environment youll manage materials inventory and supplier coordination to ensure field teams and projects are fully supported. This is a hands-on role with real ownership strong stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end warehouse and inventory operations including receipting picking dispatch and stock control (using SAP)
- Coordinate material supply and maintain accurate material tracking to support inventory control and job costing
- Build strong working relationships with field crews clients and contractors to promote and provide quality customer service
- Operate plant and equipment safely while maintaining high safety compliance and housekeeping standards

About You
Experience in warehousing logistics or supply chain operations supported by strong systems skills a high level of accuracy and the ability to juggle competing priorities while working collaboratively with teams across the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory control stocktakes and data accuracy
- Strong computer skills including SAP or similar systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly adaptable team player with a strong commitment to safety
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence HR Licence (desirable)
- High Risk Work Licence Forklift
