Storeperson

• Receive check and store incoming goods accurately and in line with purchase orders.
• Support raising purchase orders and entering accurate data into the purchasing system.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and assist with re-ordering supplies.
• Distribute stock efficiently to departments across the hotel.
• Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded in the inventory system.
• Keep storerooms clean organised secure and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Assist with weekly inventory checks and monthly stocktakes.
• Process and document supplier returns where required.
• Follow purchasing receiving storage and access-control procedures.
• Support the wider hotel team with other reasonable duties as required.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 1 years previous experience as a storeperson or related position preferably in the Hospitality industry.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of stores and logistics processes policies and systems
• Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
