• Support and motivate your team nurturing a culture of collaboration respect and achievement 
• Drive sales through a deep understanding of our products and genuine consultative service 
• Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to shape strategies that delight customers and grow business performance 
• Maintain the showroom to an impeccable standard ensuring it reflects our brands quality and attention to detail 
• Resolve customer enquiries with care and professionalism always striving for outstanding outcomes 

Qualifications :

What Youll bring:

• Proven experience in retail sales ideally in furniture or high-value categories such as jewellery automotive bedding or luxury travel 
• A confident and approachable communication style with a positive can-do attitude 
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving 
• A genuine passion for coaching others and helping your team succeed
