About the Role

Reporting to the Director Aged Care QLD in this newly created role you will provide a full range of coordination communication administrative and project support enabling them to ensure efficient state-wide operations. This is a permanent full time position located anywhere in QLD with flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective diary management
  • Prepare high quality documents (reports letters submissions etc)
  • Develop communications including emails on behalf of Manager
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Undertake reconciliation of monthly expenses for Manager and team
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate and collate operational reporting including provision of overview analysis and insights

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in administration supporting management in a national geographically dispersed organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in research analysis of data and provision of information
  • High levels of influencing and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with high-quality outcomes
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
  • Proactive uses initiative and applies sound judgment
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (reports correspondence complex documents)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
