Were looking for a seasoned GTM leader with experience driving go-to-market strategy in the advertising industry. As our Sr. GTM Specialist youll bring deep expertise in Ads Measurement AdTech and a proven track record of translating complex ad products into market-winning strategies to support our Sales teams. Youll serve as the critical bridge between Product and Sales shaping how ANZ advertisers discover adopt and scale their businesses on Amazons ad platform. This isnt just about launching products; its about architecting sustainable growth through sharp positioning commercial rigor and deep understanding of local market dynamics.

-Own the go-to-market playbook for measurement and AdTech products in ANZ from launch planning to driving sustained advertiser adoption and revenue.
-Build sales strategies that work create positioning and sales playbooks that help the field team win deals faster.
-Be the voice of the market gather frontline feedback from advertisers and sales teams then turn it into clear recommendations that influence the product roadmap.

-Lead cross-team execution coordinate across Product Sales Marketing and Services to ensure nothing falls through the cracks at launch.
-Track what matters define KPIs build dashboards and lead business reviews with leadership using data-driven insights.
-Shape the long-term vision author strategic planning docs (3-year vision PR/FAQs) that align leadership on where were going and why.
-Enable sales at scale train field teams on new capabilities and partner with Marketing on localized messaging for ANZ advertisers.

About the team
The GTM Team are aligned to the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization and work closely with Account Teams Agency Development Managers (ADMs) Account Managers and Amazon Advertising Customers.

- Bachelors degree
- 7 years digital advertising experience
- 3 years of advanced Measurement and Ad Tech advertising experience
- Effectively works cross-functionally (AE Sales Leadership Yield Product Measurement)
- Experience building and deploying GTM strategies with an emphasis on packaging positioning and messaging.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) including the ability to present complex topics both in person over the phone and through concise document writing
- Ability to effectively manage ambiguity.

- Experience building and executing product and sales strategies across teams
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while defining and delivering priorities amidst ambiguity
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
- Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and/or advertising technology
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
