Job Summary
We are currently seeking experienced EWP Genie S65 & S85 Spotters for a fixed-term FIFO contract with Rio Tinto at Hope Downs 2. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent work on a 2:1 roster with competitive rates.

- Roster: 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off
- Duration: Fixed-Term Contract (34 months)
- Start Date: End of July
- Location: Hope Downs 2 (FIFO ex Perth)
- Daily Hours: 6:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Includes 15-minute morning break & 30-minute lunch

Day Shift: $57.50 per hour
Night Shift: $66.13 per hour

The Role
Spotting for EWP Genie S65 & S85 operations
Ensuring safe movement and operation of equipment
Maintaining compliance with site safety procedures
Working closely with operators and site teams

Requirements
- Valid Spotter Certification (ESSENTIAL)
- Rio Inducted (Desireable)
- Demonstrated experience spotting for Genie S65 & S85 EWPs
- Strong safety focus and understanding of mine site protocols
- Ability to work FIFO on a 2:1 roster
- Current tickets and inductions (desirable)
