Dynamic Physiotherapy Five Dock is a busy high-performing multidisciplinary sports clinic located in Sydneys Inner West. We provide elite-level musculoskeletal physiotherapy rehabilitation and performance services for both the local community and high-level athletes.

Our clinic works closely with a variety of sporting programs including rugby water polo Basketball volleyball and gymnastics providing injury management return-to-sport rehabilitation and performance support.

We have close relationships with a number of leading orthopeadic surgeons both local and Sydney wide providing both prehab and post op rehabilitation for orthopeadic patients.

We pride ourselves on combining clinical excellence advanced testing technology and high-performance rehabilitation to help patients and athletes move better recover faster and perform at their best.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team for an immediate start.

This role is ideal for a clinician with 34 years experience in private practice confident managing a varied caseload independently while thriving within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

The position includes:

Managing a busy musculoskeletal and sports injury caseload including third party patients

Working independently with strong clinical reasoning

Collaboration with Titled Sports and Musculoskeletal Physio Womens health and general physiotherapists recovery specialists and allied health professionals including Massage therapist Nutritionists Sports Psychologist. Plus the Newest Member of the team Orthopaedic Knee and Hip Surgeon.

Weekend sports coverage both in clinic and with sporting teams

Opportunities to work with athletes at local representative and national levels

Being confident and engaged on social media in both educational and promotional settings contributing to Dynamic Physiotherapys professional online presence

Essential Criteria

34 years experience in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy

Private practice experience strongly preferred

Confident managing a full clinical caseload independently

Strong manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation skills

Willingness to work weekends when required for clinic and sports coverage

Comfortable presenting professionally on social media in an educational capacity

Excellent communication and patient rapport skills

Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance

Desirable

Experience in sports coverage

Interest or experience in concussion management and rehabilitation but on job training available

Experience or interest in working with female athletes and general pop.

Interest in developing a professional online and in person presence through education and community engagement

Passion for high-performance rehabilitation and return-to-sport care
