I work with a small group of Melbourne paeds clinics that are actually structuring for sustainable workloads protected admin real supervision and the comingThriving Kids changes - not just hoping NDIS stays the same.

Packages:

• Clinician / Senior:$80000$115000 super(experience and duties dependent)

• Higher for clearTeam Lead / Lead Clinicianroles.

• Inner West / CBD:Structured paeds clinics with set session templates protected admin blocks strong MDT and excellent supervision; aboveaverage salaries.

• NorthEast:Family/communityfeel service with belowaverage KPIs and project work (groups programs school/EC partnerships) actively encouraged.

• SouthEast (Berwick / Narre Warren):Supportive clinic with sustainable KPIs ideal for someone 4th5th year wanting to start taking on some supervision/mentoring.

There are a few other options around Melbourne as well if these arent quite the right fit.

Across these clinics I prioritise:

• Protected admin time(notes/planning in your template not after hours)

• Regular supervisionthat actually happens plus internal PD in work time with KPI concessions

• A move away from endless 1:1 NDIS sessions towardsgroups programs and partnershipsthat line up with Thriving Kids.

Paeds Speech Pathologists with:
