Speech Pathologist | NDIS

A trusted NDIS-registered allied health provider is growing its clinical team and seeking a Speech Pathologist to join its Werribee clinic. Youll enjoy a balanced caseload - around 6070% in-clinic sessions and 3040% delivered in community and home settings across Melbournes western and north-western suburbs. The team is warm collaborative and genuinely multidisciplinary including OTs behaviour support practitioners and allied health assistants all working under a person-centred evidence-informed model.

Your caseload

• 100% NDIS participants
• Primarily paediatric with some adult presentations (early language AAC articulation social communication fluency)
• Assessment therapy delivery and family/caregiver coaching
• Collaboration with OTs behaviour support clinicians and allied health assistants

What youll need

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech Pathology
• Current SPA membership / Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status
• Minimum 12 years post-graduate clinical experience preferred (new graduates considered on merit)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children Check
• Current Australian drivers licence and reliable vehicle (essential for community visits)
• Full Australian working rights
