Speech Pathologist | Keep up to 75.6 of what you bill | Anywhere in Perth

This is a genuine subcontracting role for a speech pathologist who wants to run their own caseload with real independence. You work on your own ABN across Perth keep a large and growing share of what you bill and we take on the operational load around you finding the clients invoicing and chasing payment the systems and the service agreements.

You earn up to 75.6% of everything you bill inclusive of super on a tiered rate that climbs as your revenue grows and we carry the funding risk so late payments and bad debts sit with us not you.

you control:

• Where you work across Perth metro wherever it suits you
• The caseload you build: adult paediatric or mixed across NDIS and Support at Home
• Your availability and your working weeks
• Which referrals you take and which you decline

What we take off your plate:

• Client sourcing we do the marketing and partner outreach so your energy goes to clients not to finding them
• Invoicing and chasing payment so youre never following up a single account yourself
• Service agreements systems and reporting where our AI-native processes and workflows strip out the hours and give you time back

Delivering a quality service is your responsibility as it is for any independent clinician and we back you with the structure to do it well. We bring a clinical governance framework and are completing our NDIS registration now with the framework built to that standard.
