About the role

As a Speech Pathologist at Down South Therapy you will support children adolescents and adults to develop communication skills that are meaningful in their everyday lives.

You will work across a mix of environments including our Rockingham clinic local schools and community settings.

Your role will include:

• Delivering both individual and group therapy
• Working collaboratively with families educators and other professionals
• Developing and implementing individualised functional therapy plans
• Contributing to a transdisciplinary team approach
• Participating in supervision mentoring and team learning opportunities

We structure caseloads and schedules intentionally including location-based planning to reduce travel demands and support a sustainable pace of work.

There is flexibility to shape your caseload and explore areas of clinical interest with support to grow your skills over time.

Caseload expectations are set at a realistic and achievable level with time allocated for billable administration.

• Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology
• Current SPA registration (or eligibility)
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• National Police Check
• Valid drivers licence
