Speech Pathologist

Intrinsic Health Group is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team on the Sunshine Coast.

This is a permanent position available full-time or part-time offering a predominantly adult caseload across CHSP Support at Home (SaH) and community-based services with a strong focus on functional real-world outcomes.

You will be based within the Vitality Movement Centre in Birtinya working alongside a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy Exercise Physiology and Dietetics with access to purpose-built facilities and gym spaces to support functional and rehabilitation-based therapy.

You will be supported by a dedicated admin team who manage scheduling coordination and day-to-day logistics allowing you to focus on clinical work and client outcomes.

There is also the opportunity to contribute to the growth of speech pathology services locally and step into leadership responsibilities over time if this aligns with your interests.

• Delivering speech pathology assessments and interventions across home community and clinic settings
• Managing a varied adult caseload across aged care Support at Home and community clients
• Supporting communication swallowing and functional outcomes for adult clients
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to support holistic outcomes
• Providing education and practical strategies to clients families and carers
• Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation
• Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives

• SPA-registered Speech Pathologist
• Demonstrated clinical experience ideally within adult or community settings
• Confidence working autonomously while contributing to a team environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in aged care and functional adult-focused practice
• Current drivers licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (and WWC) or willingness to obtain
• COVID and influenza vaccination evidence
• Full working rights in Australia
• Visa sponsorship may be available for candidates currently based in Australia.
