Dermatology & Pain National Launch Team

• Launch a new dermatology and pain portfolio across hospital and specialist channels
• Build relationships with dermatologists pain specialists and key hospital stakeholders

DKSH Healthcare is entering an exciting new phase of growth through a strategic partnership with a leading Japanese pharmaceutical company. We are building a high-performing national launch team to introduce an innovative dermatology and pain portfolio to the Australian market.

This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level of a new brand launch shape its success and play a key role in the evolution of DKSH Healthcare in Australia.

The Opportunity

As a Specialty Account Manager you will:

• Lead the launch and adoption of a new dermatology and pain portfolio within hospital and specialist settings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists pain specialists and key hospital stakeholders
• Develop and execute territory business plans across large geographic regions
• Drive product awareness clinical engagement and formulary access
• Partner cross-functionally with market access medical and commercial teams to deliver launch success

About You

Were looking for driven commercially minded professionals who thrive in a launch environment:

• Proven experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales
• Exposure to dermatology pain or specialty care highly regarded
• Ability to manage large territories with strategic focus and independence
• Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for building something new and making a tangible impact
• Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder networks and large territories
• A proactive resilient mindset with interest in launching new products
