Kinetic is Australias largest bus operator and were looking for an experienced Specialist Recruiter to support critical specialist role and corporate hiring during a peak period. Youll play a key role in helping us keep communities moving by securing highquality talent across our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage endtoend recruitment for specialist operational staff and corporate roles
• Partner with depot managers and leaders to understand workforce needs
• Source screen and shortlist candidates aligned to safetyfirst values
• Coordinate interviews assessments and preemployment checks
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and compliance documentation
• Deliver a positive candidate experience that reflects Kinetics brand
• Provide market insights to support workforce planning and hiring decisions
