Our award-winning Port Macquarie Salon currently has a rare opportunity available to join our management team full time. Enjoy a mix of team leading reception and front-of-house work alongside days performing the beauty therapy treatments you love.
Youll be the smiling face to greet our clients on arrival and for the delivery of our renowned customer experience dealing with phone email and in person enquiries and sales. Youll lead our team by example with your skills and attention to detail mentoring our junior staff and setting the standard for an organised happy and healthy working environment.
This is a full time role that is supported by 2 other experienced leaders on the management team youll enjoy a work balance of both management and therapist shifts with regular weekends off and regular training and social activities.

A salary package of up to $75000 per annum awaits the right applicant
Requirements
We are seeking someone who:
- Holds a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
- Has exceptional customer service skills.
- Is highly organised and has excellent time management skills.
- Has a warm professional and caring personality.
- Maintains a high standard of personal presentation.
- Previous management experience is preferred but not essential
- Is a confident communicator.
- Is computer literate.
