The Role
Youll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver quality restaurant dishes beautifully presented consistent and full of flavour.
You will be an integral part of the management team delivering top level events in one of Sydneys most stunning venues
Day to day youll:
- Lead and inspire a small kitchen brigade through busy restaurant and function service
- Step up and run the kitchen confidently in the Head Chefs absence
- Keep food and staff costs on track
- Uphold food safety standards without compromising on speed or quality
About You
- Qualified in Commercial Cookery
- At home in a fast-paced restaurant or pre-theatre kitchen environment
- A strong communicator who leads by example
- Hungry to learn grow and make your mark
- Full working rights in Australia
