The Position:

Assist the Head Chef stock control budgets rostering staff mentoring & training by supervising and
Monitor and oversee the food production and menu-based catering on site
Ensure accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls and maintain a high standard of food hygiene safety and cleanliness
Using first class produce ensure all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to a minimum
Deliver to our client and customers high expectations of a premium experience

The Person:

Minimum certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Leadership abilities and enjoys creating a positive work culture
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques ingredients and flavours.
Available to work a range of hours including weekends and public holidays
Knowledge of Food Safety & HACCP regulations
Driven with a creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation
