Job Summary
Bolton Clarke Groupone of Australias largest independent not-for-profit providers of home care retirement living and residential aged care operating nationally and Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD NSW VIC SA & WA with the inclusion of the Allity McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.
About the position
As a Solutions Architect you will play a key role in shaping the future state of End User Services technology across Bolton Clarke on a 12-month fixed term full-time basis. Working closely with Information Services project teams vendors and business stakeholders you will lead options analysis solution selection and solution design activities across mobile device management unified communications device provisioning and workplace technology platforms. This role will support informed decision-making and practical technology outcomes that improve connectivity deployment readiness supportability and user experience across our support centre and business areas.
The Solutions Architect is expected to design and support future state solutions covering:
- End User Services technology platforms
- Mobile Device Management including Microsoft Intune
- Unified Communications including Microsoft Teams Cisco Webex and call management solutions
- Device imaging provisioning and deployment using Autopilot capability
- Device procurement considerations including buy versus lease options
- Workplace technology consolidation supportability and transition to operations
Key Activities:
- Lead solution architecture activities for End User Services and modern workplace technology initiatives
- Develop options analysis and solution recommendations across mobile device management unified communications and device deployment platforms
- Assess existing solutions vendor capability and future state options to support consolidation and informed decision-making
- Support analysis of device procurement models including buy versus lease options provisioning approaches and operational support requirements
- Design practical solutions for device imaging pre-build Autopilot deployment and readiness for staff use
- Engage collaboratively with Information Services vendors project teams operational teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet frontline and business needs
About you:
- Proven experience delivering solution architecture across End User Services modern workplace or enterprise technology environments
- Strong capability in options analysis solution selection future state design and solution documentation
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Microsoft Intune Microsoft Teams Cisco Webex call management platforms SCCM Microsoft Azure and Autopilot
- Understanding of mobile device management device imaging provisioning pre-build deployment and operational support requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively across architecture operational technology teams vendors project teams and business stakeholders
- Experience engaging with frontline or business users through change transformation or technology deployment activities will be highly regarded
- Relevant qualifications are desirable; however strong practical experience in this technology space is most important
