Job Summary
Location: Geelong / Melbourne VIC
Employment Type: Full-Time/Contract
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a large-scale Claims System Modernization program. You will play a key role in designing scalable secure and integrated solutions while working closely with Enterprise Architects delivery teams business stakeholders and technology partners.
- Design end-to-end solution architecture for claims modernization initiatives.
- Deliver scalable secure and integrated solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects Enterprise Architects delivery teams and business stakeholders.
- Drive architecture governance technical decision-making and solution assurance.
- Design integration application data and security architectures across enterprise platforms.
- Support end-to-end claims lifecycle processes and digital transformation initiatives.
- 10 years of IT experience with significant Solution Architecture experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong experience in Claims Management Workers Compensation Insurance Injury Management or Case Management domains.
- Expertise in:
- Salesforce CRM
- MuleSoft
- IBM WebSphere Application & Integration Platforms
- AWS Cloud
- Strong integration application data and security architecture experience.
- Experience designing enterprise solutions across complex multi-vendor environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced transformation programs.
- Experience in Government Insurance Regulatory or other highly regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Enterprise architecture governance and solution assurance.
- Large-scale application modernization and digital transformation.
- Cross-functional collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
