Solution Architect (Fixed Term)

As a Solution Architect youll provide architectural leadership across a diverse and evolving technology landscape partnering with business and technical stakeholders to design innovative scalable and fit-for-purpose solutions. This is your opportunity to influence technology strategy drive modernisation and integration initiatives and help deliver the digital capabilities that support one of Australias largest and most transformative transport networks.

In this role youll:

You will be involved in developing and delivering solution architecture including producing architecture artefacts design documentation and reviewing vendor and in-house designs to ensure alignment with business needs.

You will support customer-facing technology solutions across high-volume low-transaction systems such as ticketing tolling and digital channels ensuring secure handling of customer and payment data.

You will be responsible for operating within governance frameworks influencing architecture forums and mentoring junior team members to support consistent and high-quality delivery.

About you

You have strong experience in customer-facing technology and customer data including knowledge of financial and sensitive information handling.

You have solid technical and solution architecture capability with the ability to work in project-based environments and manage and prioritise your workload effectively.

You have knowledge of cyber security and governance frameworks with the ability to operate across stakeholder groups and contribute to decision-making in structured governance forums.
