Job Summary
About the role
Our Melbourne Banking & Finance team is busy and growing! We are looking for a Solicitor (2-3 PQE) and an experienced Senior Associate to join our market-leading practice.
Working as part of a high-performing national team you will advise major Australian and international clients across a broad range of financing matters including acquisition finance project and infrastructure finance corporate lending property finance and complex cross-border transactions. The team is known for its involvement in some of Australias most significant and innovative deals working closely with major banks financial institutions private capital investors and corporate borrowers.

Depending on your level you will have the opportunity to run matters work directly with clients lead negotiations manage key workstreams on major transactions and mentor junior lawyers. You will be exposed to sophisticated and varied work while receiving ongoing support and development from recognised leaders in the market.

first rate drafting experience
the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across complex fast-paced transactions
a willingness to embrace new technologies including AI-enabled legal tools as part of your ongoing professional development
