HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

You will.

  • Deliver comprehensive evidence-based occupational therapy/ mental health care applying contemporary practice and local service knowledge to support consumers carers and the broader multidisciplinary team.
  • Manage a complex and varied caseload with increasing autonomy applying clinical judgement and evidence-based practice to assessment intervention healthpromotionand early intervention activities.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and with external partners to provide coordinated culturally safe care particularly for ruralAboriginaland diverse communities.
  • Contribute to clinical leadershipsupervisionand workforce development by supporting junior staff allied healthassistantsand students while actively engaging in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
  • Support service quality and sustainability through effective documentation data reporting and participation in continuous improvement activities.
