ABOUT THE ROLE

Upstate Sport is looking for a Brand Comms & Social Coordinator to help bring the brand to life across social community and brand communications.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media understands culture and trends and knows how to create content and brand moments that people want to engage with. Working within a small and fast-moving team youll support the execution of campaigns social content influencer partnerships and community activations that build brand awareness engagement and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and execute day-to-day social content across Instagram TikTok and paid social
• Create social-first content and copy that feels on-brand culturally relevant and engaging
• Build and engage our online community helping grow brand advocacy and connection
• Support the execution of campaigns launches and key brand moments across digital channels
• Support influencer and creator relationships including outreach gifting and partnerships
• Identify social cultural and digital trends that keep the brand relevant and evolving
• Support local brand activations events and community moments
• Report on social performance engagement and growth insights
