Work closely with residents to understand their interests and tailor activities to bring them joy. Create a vibrant community atmosphere where residents can connect socialise and thrive. Collaborate with the Wellbeing Manager and care team to ensure activities support residents overall wellbeing. Build relationships with volunteers and local community groups to enhance our activity Youll Need: A passion for event planning social activities or community work (aged care experience a plus but not essential). Creativity infectious enthusiasm and outstanding organisational skills. Exceptional communication skills and a genuine love for working with people. A proactive and empathetic nature with the ability to engage residents of all interests and abilities. A relevant qualification in event management lifestyle or community services is desirable.
