The Opportunity:

Ultra Building Co is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of an $86M 100-apartment residential development in Casuarina.

This is a substantial build high-end programme-driven and detail-critical requiring a Site Manager who can take full control of site operations and drive performance from the front.

The Role:

As Site Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of site including:

• Managing all site operations across structure finishes and services
• Coordinating subcontractors trades and suppliers
• Driving programme and sequencing to meet key milestones
• Ensuring high standards of quality safety and productivity
• Working closely with the Project Manager and wider team to maintain alignment
• Maintaining strong site culture accountability and performance

This is a hands-on leadership role where you set the tone for delivery.

About You:

Youre an experienced Site Manager who knows what good looks like and doesnt compromise on it.

You bring:

• Proven experience delivering multi-residential projects at least $80m in value
• Strong site leadership capability with the ability to manage multiple trades
• A solid understanding of programme sequencing and build methodology
• A proactive solutions-focused approach
• Pride in delivering projects that stand up to scrutiny
