About the role:

Were looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our NSW Construction team and deliver high-quality residential homes across NSW.

In this role you will lead on-site construction activities from commencement through to completion ensuring each project is delivered safely on time within budget and to the high standards our customers rely on.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Site Manager with Rawson Group you will:

• Lead and coordinate on-site teams subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee day-to-day site operations to keep projects running safely and efficiently
• Build strong relationships with clients trades and internal stakeholders
• Manage construction timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Proactively identify and resolve construction issues
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the build
• Promote a safe work environment and champion a strong safety culture on every site
• Maintain compliance with company policies industry standards and WHS legislation

What were looking for:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Building Supervisor within residential construction
• Strong knowledge of residential building practices trades and subcontractor management
• General Construction Induction Course / White Card (mandatory)
• Asbestos & Silica Awareness Certificate (mandatory)
• Current First Aid training
• Hold a valid Australian drivers licence (mandatory)
• Ability to communicate professionally
• A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken
• Problem solving and working under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements and conflict resolution skills.
