About the role:
Were looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our NSW Construction team and deliver high-quality residential homes across NSW.
In this role you will lead on-site construction activities from commencement through to completion ensuring each project is delivered safely on time within budget and to the high standards our customers rely on.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Site Manager with Rawson Group you will:
Lead and coordinate on-site teams subcontractors and suppliers
Oversee day-to-day site operations to keep projects running safely and efficiently
Build strong relationships with clients trades and internal stakeholders
Manage construction timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule
Proactively identify and resolve construction issues
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the build
Promote a safe work environment and champion a strong safety culture on every site
Maintain compliance with company policies industry standards and WHS legislation
What were looking for:
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Building Supervisor within residential construction
Strong knowledge of residential building practices trades and subcontractor management
General Construction Induction Course / White Card (mandatory)
Hold a valid Australian drivers licence (mandatory)
Ability to communicate professionally
A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken
Problem solving and working under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong understanding of WHS requirements and conflict resolution skills.
