No mining or recruitment experience No problem! You dont need industry experience to be successful. If youve led teams managed stakeholders or worked in operations hospitality logistics retail customer service or another fast-paced environment well provide the training and support you need to succeed. This is a site-based Monday to Friday position located in Singleton NSW offering the opportunity to build strong client relationships while leading a large workforce in a fast-paced operational environment.
What does a day as a Site Manager look like
As a Site Manager youll be the key link between our client and workforce ensuring operations run efficiently while delivering an outstanding experience for everyone involved.
Your day may include:
- Building strong relationships with clients and employees while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Managing a large workforce including rostering attendance leave and day-to-day workforce requirements.
- Coordinating onboarding inductions mobilisation while ensuring all compliance and safety requirements are met.
- Maintaining a regular on-site presence providing support and resolving employee and client enquiries.
- Partnering with internal teams to meet workforce demands while driving operational performance and continuous improvement.
