We are seeking a Site Manager to join our New Building Solutions team in Brisbane QLD. This person will look after operations in North Brisbane & Sunshine Coast. In this role you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects ensuring successful delivery through effective leadership resource management and customer engagement. You will play a key role in motivating and guiding your team fostering a positive work environment and driving outstanding project outcomes.

What will you be doing

  • Coordinate the delivery storage and distribution of materials equipment and tools across project sites.

  • Monitor site progress labour productivity and installation schedules to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to quality standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers subcontractors and key stakeholders throughout project delivery.

  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with KONEs safety standards procedures and site requirements.

  • Lead coach and develop site teams to achieve high performance and exceptional customer outcomes.

  • Oversee installation quality and site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications standards and customer expectations.

  • Identify manage and resolve site risks issues and constraints to minimise impacts on project delivery.

  • Identify and manage scope changes and site-driven requirements ensuring impacts are communicated and documented to support successful project delivery.

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety quality productivity and project outcomes.

  • Work closely with Project Managers and the Delivery Operations Manager to ensure successful project execution and completion.

  • Lead site meetings and provide regular updates on project progress performance and key risks.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation site records and compliance requirements in accordance with company standards.

What are we looking for

  • Experience managing project delivery at a site level.

  • Relevant trade or construction qualification preferred.

  • Lift industry experience highly regarded.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop site teams.

  • Strong commitment to safety quality and compliance.

  • Excellent planning coordination and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Customer-focused with the ability to influence positive outcomes.

  • High attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.

  • Current Australian Drivers Licence; rigid vehicle licence advantageous.

  • Ability to travel throughout Southeast Queensland as required.
