As a Site Leading Hand you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations at their job sites. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating a team of tradespeople and labourers on site
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Managing the allocation of resources equipment and materials on site
• Monitoring work progress and maintaining high-quality standards daily
• Facilitating communication between all site staff and the management team
• Assisting with on-site training and mentoring of all junior site staff

The successful candidate will have:

• A strong trade background with supervisory or leading hand experience
• Excellent communication leadership and strong problem-solving skills
• A Class 2 licence (preferred but not essential) is highly desirable
• Your own vehicle a valid drivers licence and reliable daily travel
• Ability to commute within a 20-minute drive of the job site each day
• Local candidates preferred with knowledge of the surrounding regions
• Strong work ethic with the ability to lead and mentor your own team

• Competitive Salary: Earn $100000 $120000 pa Super based on experience.
