Site Engineer | Project Engineer Building

We are proud to be partnering with one of Austalias largest construction contractors who deliver landmark projects across government health institutional civil and commercial industries. Their projects are nationally-renowned and include both government and private sector clients and range in scale up over $1B. They will be a major contributor to building Brisbanes Olympic infrastructure

The business is currently working through ECIs on a major $100M Educational project and a $150M Health project and off the back of these they will be working on several of Brisbanes Olympic sports projects including outdoor stadiums indoor sports centres and Aquatic centre.

We are now recruiting a number of roles ranging from Site Engineer to Project Engineer to join the team and set your career on a new trajectory. Suitable Site/Project Engineers will have had previous experience undertaking the following on commercial building projects :

• Inspecting and ensuring that elements are constructed in accordance with drawings and Australian standards
• defect identification and system management
• Coordinate procurement and supplier engagement and conduct inspections supporting continuous improvement and timely delivery.
• Programming scope of works and produce cost forecasts.
• Compiling and maintaining QA documentation and registers for costing and program purposes
• Tracking cost program delays and managing site works.
• Completing safety inspections reviewing SWMS and documenting safety incidents.

You will have degree qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and have had exposure to commercial construction including concrete structural steel building services services and fit-out trade packages
