The Opportunity
Provide practical engineering support for the manufacture of tunnel segments and road-deck components on a major transport programme.
Your Work
Resolve design detailing and manufacturing issues with production quality and delivery teams.
Develop constructable cost-effective solutions and standardise proven precast approaches.
Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to meet safety quality budget and schedule requirements.
Inspect production facilities and completed components for compliance.
Support heavy-lift and construction interfaces prioritise resources and identify process improvements.
Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Civil engineering degree or a related qualification.
Experience with precast concrete structures or major infrastructure.
Ability to interpret engineering designs and drawings and understand construction processes.
Practical technical problem-solving strong communication and supplier coordination.
A consistent focus on quality safe work and continuous improvement.
