We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to join our dedicated team on-site at the exciting Danby Lane Project in Nundah a 12 storey multi-res mixed use development.

Your primary purpose will be ensuring all on-site construction activities align with the company standards while complying with contract documents industry standards and relevant legislation. By collaborating closely with the site team QA Manager Continuous Improvement team Subcontractors and Suppliers you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects that exceed customer expectations.

Quality Assurance

• Maintenance and execution of Project Quality Action Plans
• Creation of Subcontractor and GVG Inspections
• Timely and progressive completion of ITPs
• Coordination development observations and reporting

Time

• Monitoring the program and advising on programmed works
• Updating inspection schedules to align with project changes
• Site Collaboration and Administration
• Verification of products and systems
• Collaboration with sub trades for passive fire requirements
• Completion of project register and raising of RFIs as required

Safety

• Completing HOMESAFE Inspections
• Raising observations for safety issues and improvements
• Continuous Improvement Training and Development
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for upskilling and knowledge enhancement

Qualifications & Background

• Carpentry/building trade background OR a tertiary qualification in a general construction-related field
• Current First Aid Certificate
