The Opportunity

We are looking for a number of Site and Projects Engineers who share our passion embracing modern methods of construction and addressing the challenges housing affordability places on young Australians.

By joining Built Living youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of projects helping coordinate trades solve technical challenges and keep work moving safely on time and to a high standard.

Youll be working closely with Project Managers Supervisors and subcontractors gaining exposure across all stages of the build and building your confidence in a fast-paced site environment.

In these roles you will:

• Support the coordination of site activities ensuring trades and suppliers are aligned and progressing works
• Review drawings manage technical queries and help resolve issues on site
• Monitor progress and contribute to planning and sequencing of construction activities
• Carry out quality checks and support compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Work closely with subcontractors and project teams to keep delivery on track

What We Are Looking For

Were looking for Engineers who have built a solid foundation early in their career and are ready to take the next step people who are motivated to learn from experienced leaders and step up into greater responsibility on site.

You will bring:

• A degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial construction
• A solid understanding of drawings construction sequencing and quality standards
• Strong organisation and communication skills with the ability to work across teams
• A proactive solution-focused mindset and attention to detail
• An eagerness to learn and take ownership in a site-based role
