OPPORTUNITY

Are you ready to join a dynamic team that values your positive attitude and initiative just as much as your experience We are seeking Expressions of Interest for upcoming projects across regional Australia.

Were seeking experienced FIFO/DIDO Site Administrators for upcoming projects. Roles typically work an 8:6 roster back-to-back with another administrator to ensure seamless coverage and continuity though rostering may vary by project. This role is integral to a close-knit project teams success spanning administration and data entry through to procurement and project costing.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE

  • Project support and administration to site leadership and project team
  • Data management and reporting
  • Purchase order and invoice processing
  • Travel and accommodation coordination
  • Roster management
  • Mobilisation and onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation
  • Collaborating with the wider administration team for consistency and peer support
  • Adhering to company processes and procedures
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

WHAT YOULL BRING

  • A proactive mindset strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to fast-paced project environments
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar FIFO site administration role preferably within civil construction or mining
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A valid Australian drivers licence
  • Construction White Card
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and comply with Garlis Drug & Alcohol Policy including ongoing screening

BENEFICIAL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

  • Experience with Cheops or similar systems
  • Certificate in Business (Administration)
  • First Aid certification
  • Rio Tinto inducted (including a valid SAP number)
